Jason Chong Wai Zhe is an Associate in the firm’s Construction Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication department.
He holds an LL.B (Hons.) degree from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Jason’s areas of practice cover Construction Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication (CIPAA 2012). He has been involved and assisted in various domestic and international construction & engineering and oil & gas disputes throughout his career.
Apart from these, he has also handled cases relating to defamation, contractual and employment disputes.
