â—Ź Result interpretation from BCA and blood result targeted to improve health conditions through dietary control and lifestyle changes

Activity: Measure Blood Pressure, Identify your CVD risk (Framingham Risk Score), Health Quiz

Module 2: Shape Your Plate

â—Ź Portion recommendation by using the rules of hand.

Activity: Portion control and key to balanced eating.

Module 3: Healthy Lunch

â—Ź Healthy lunch which portrays the key to balanced healthy eating.

Activity: Identify your Energy Requirement

Module 4: Be Sugar Savvy

â—Ź Relationship of sugar and carbohydrate intake in relation to blood sugar control.

â—Ź Identify total added sugar in beverages and list the carbohydrate food sources.

Activity: Interactive games (Food Labeling); Meal Planning

Module 5: Eat Smart for a Healthy Heart

â—Ź Heart healthy diet consists of types of fats, sodium and fiber intake.

â—Ź Identification on the types of fats and their relation to cholesterol level

â—Ź Common sodium food sources and their content in packaging foods

â—Ź Function of fiber to reduce risk of heart diseases.

Module 6: Stress Relievers at Work

â—Ź Simple stretching and core strengthening exercise at work desk
